US Representative Jamie Raskin (Maryland-8) argues that the Democratic National Committee, meeting with about 50 leaders to write the 2028 presidential primary rulebook, should adopt ranked-choice voting to manage an expected crowded field of over two dozen candidates and avoid problems seen in 2016, 2020, and 2024 primaries.
