Lex Greensill is suing the UK government over claims that officials leaked plans to disqualify him from running companies to shield David Cameron from negative publicity.

The UK Government's Insolvency Service leaked its plan to disqualify failed financier Lex Greensill from running a company in November 2023 to deflect negative publicity from David Cameron's return as Foreign Secretary under Rishi Sunak, according to claims made by Greensill's lawyers at the High Court in London.
